Ben Shultz - Dandelion Daze

In collaboration with CSU Fermentation Science students and Odell Brewing Co, Dandelion Daze was brewed using dandelions as the primary flavoring ingredient. I had the opportunity to develop the branding for this grassy, summery ale.
