Artist Statement
Originally a fun exploration, this Untitled New Media work quickly became a comment on social media, virality, and media consumption.
This is based on an incredibly viral TikTok from early 2022 of a TikTok user known as @jamie32bsh who posted this video of himself dancing in front of a mirror.
