Vote 'em Out is a prototype board game I've been developing that has pushed me beyond graphics, into a broader world of design that involves game mechanics and social interaction. What started as a simple idea—gather a group of friends and let them vote each other out one by one—has evolved into a great party game filled with passionate discussion, ever-changing alliances, and unexpected victors.

Meet the Candidates
Each player gets a unique voting power to use as they vote their opponents out!
The Dragon
You get two Voting Tokens. They must be cast against the same Candidate.
The Octopus
You get two Voting Tokens. They must be cast against different Candidates.
The Bomb
Each time you are eliminated, flip your Voting Token like a coin. If it lands heads up, the first non-eliminated Candidates to your left and right enter a Roulette to take your place.
The Clover
For all Roulettes you enter, your Voting Token is withheld from the pool. In all other Roulettes, you may add your token to the pool and declare it against one of the involved Candidates.
The Acorn
After all players have selected their Secret Tasks during setup, you may draw four additional Secret Tasks, choosing two more to keep.
The Chameleon
Steal another player's Candidate Power each round, but not from the same player in consecutive rounds.
The Shield
Move one Voting Token cast against you to another Candidate each round.
The Fox
Block a player from using their Candidate Power each round, but not the same player in consecutive rounds.
The Snake
Revoke another player's right to vote each round, but not the same player in consecutive rounds.
The Lion
Your vote cannot be revoked. You can always vote, even against your opponent in the Final Vote.
The Raccoon
Move another player's Voting Token from one Candidate to another each round, but not a vote against you.
The Dove
Grant Immunity to one Candidate in exchange for their Voting Token(s) each round. The player must agree, and you cannot make this offer with the same player in consecutive rounds.
